Successful NordBau 2025

The 70th NordBau in Neumünster ended with a record attendance: 50,300 trade professionals and private visitors took the opportunity to learn about innovations in the construction industry from more than 700 exhibitors from 16 countries. For FOS, the trade fair was an all-round success – interest in the optimised ridge and valley clips 512-100 and 513-100 was high, as was interest in the digital tools for standard-compliant wind uplift protection.

Strong trade fair presence in Hall 5
Together with the roofing materials agency Schölzel, FOS® showcased its solutions at stand 5220. Numerous professionals took the opportunity to exchange ideas. Roofer Sina, well known on social media, also stopped by to find out more about the latest innovations directly at the stand. “The NordBau is an ideal platform for us to engage in dialogue. At our roof models, we were able to show young professionals in particular what makes our clips stand out: easy installation and stormproof hold,” emphasises Matthias Bayer, Head of Sales and Marketing at FOS®.

Optimised clips with clear advantages
The focus was on the new ridge and valley clips 512-100 and 513-100, which replace all previous versions and offer several decisive advantages:

• Clamping range of 7–22 mm – the largest on the market, halving storage requirements.
• 20% more holding power thanks to innovative barbed hook geometry.
• Tool-free installation up to 16 mm tile thickness, ensuring quick and easy fixing.

In addition, the 512 was awarded 2nd place in the “pitched roof” category by dachbaumagazin – proof of its practical suitability.
