FOS® has appointed Jenny Schneider, a dedicated and experienced colleague from within its own ranks, as its new HR Manager. Since 1 April 2025, she has been responsible for all HR matters at the company – from recruitment and personnel development to nurturing the corporate culture.
Jenny Schneider began her career at FOS® in August 2009 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. After nearly three years in internal sales, she moved to purchasing, where she worked as a clerk for over ten years. She has also been training apprentices in industrial business management since 2017. Her strong commitment to the workforce is reflected in her long-standing involvement in the works council, where she has served as deputy chair since 2022.
Alongside her core responsibilities, she has continuously supported HR-related activities over the years – from organising apprentice events and staff parties to coordinating internal processes. These cross-functional tasks have given her deep insights into the demands and opportunities of modern HR work. “I care about my colleagues – and the conditions under which we all work. That’s why I’m active on the works council, and that’s why I’m excited to now have the chance to make even more of a difference in HR,” says Jenny Schneider.
As HR Manager, she will act as a bridge between management and staff. Her key responsibilities include refining the recruitment process, promoting a positive workplace culture, and driving strategic personnel planning. “I enjoy working with and for people – and I love organising things. That combination is what makes this new role especially fulfilling for me.”
FOS® is delighted to have filled this important position with such a capable and committed member of the team.
