The development of in-house talent is a key priority at FOS®. A recent example is Marlon Leidel from the FOS® production facility in Treuen, Saxony. He has successfully completed a two-year programme to qualify as a State-Certified Technician, reaching an important milestone in his professional development.

New Role with Cross-Functional Responsibility
With his expanded technical expertise, Marlon will take on a newly created position within the company. In this role, he will support collaboration between Production, Design Engineering and Application Engineering, helping to drive technical projects and resolve engineering challenges efficiently. His practical manufacturing experience complements the expertise of the technical departments, creating shorter communication channels between product development and production.
