Waseem Hanna, 32 years young, has started working with Friedrich Ossenberg-Schule GmbH + Co KG (FOS) as the head of the application technology department on the 1. Mai 2020. FOS is a medium-size, family run manufacturing business with 95 employees. Their headquarters are in Hemer, North Rhine-Westphalia, and a further plant is in Treuen, Saxony. The company has been producing metal clips for fastening and wind up lift protection of small-size covering materials for roofs and facades for over 100 years. Waseem Hanna has sound knowledge in toolmaking and mechanical engineering, more than five years of experience as a manager and plant manager as well as expertise in the areas of design, R & D and technical customer support. The mechanical engineer began his career in the wire and strip bending industry and was most recently employed as a project manager in the stainless steel industry. At FOS, Waseem Hanna is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of product development, cooperation with industrial partners and customer support. Dominik Päßler has been the plant manager of the manufacturing subsidiary in Treuen since 1 May. The 33-year-old succeeds Berthold Seidel, who retired after 29 years of service. Dominik Päßler, who graduated with a Master of Science degree in business administration, has already been working for FOS for more than five years assisting the sales management. Born and raised in Treuen, he is looking forward to interesting challenges in his new role.
