Tile hook 404®-2
Fibre cement roof and facade tiles are secured with nails and additional tile hooks where necessary. The quite precise thickness of fibre cement roof and facade tiles allows installation with the tile hook 404®-2 with a straight hook shape. The angle of the nail tip was purposely chosen so that the 404®-2 can be nailed into the batten 10 mm above the tile from the front. A true nail end simplifies installation and the additional groves secures the grip. The newly smoothed end of the clip reduces the risk of injuries. The length of the tile hook 404®-2 should be 10mm longer than the head-lap of the selected tiling style.

Batten hook 460®-2
The batten hook 460®-2 is suitable to secure natural slate as well as fibre cement tiles. It can be used for standard slate formats and many tiling styles on subconstructions consisting of timber batten or metal struts. The batten hook 460®-2 can be easily clipped onto the batten between the rafters. Adapted to the head-lap, the standard batten size and the tile thickness, the hook is a secure and quickly-installed fastener. The newly smoothed end of the clip reduces the risk of injuries.

Nail end hooks 461®-2
The nail end hook 461®-2 is used to secure natural slate and fibre cement tiles on the roof and facade. It can be used with the standard slate formats and many tiling styles on subconstructions made of timber batten or roof boards. In combination with batten hooks, nail end hooks ensure professional fastening at cross over section of counter and support batten as well as the eaves course. On the other hand the entire roof or facade can be secured with nail end hooks. A true nail end simplifies installation and the groves enforce the grip. The newly smoothed end of the clip reduces the risk of injuries. Regardless of the batten size and adapted to the tile thickness, the nail end hook is a secure and quickly-installed fastener.

Slate repair hooks
Occasionally slate or fibre cement tiles may be cracked, broken or punctured due to external factors. To avoid water penetration which damages the roof deck, it is necessary to replace the broken tiles as quickly as possible. For a fast and professional replacement of nailed or hooked tiles, slate repair hooks 405d, 408, 410 and 411® have been a proven technology in the roofing industry for decades.
