Company Friedrich Ossenberg-Schule GmbH + Co KG (FOS), Europe's leading specialist for wind uplift security, impressed this year at Roof+Timber International again. The new beaver tail clip 425 was the center of attention, offering visitors the possibility to apply as FOS product testers. Visitors crowded round the 2 roof models where the time-saving and tool-free clip installation could be tested.
Form and operation were well received - the only downside being delivery noted for April 2016. Many contractors would probably have registered as FOS product testers with their building projects until then. "Although we were surprised at the great response ourselves," said Michael Wecker, sales manager of FOS, "it has indicated that our goal to help contractors save time on roofs is correct."
The introduction of our new website, well adjusted for all output devices, was also positively received. "In this way I could even do my wind uplift calculation on the roofs!", commented many contractors rejoicefully. The new product locator FOS ClipCheck simplifies clip search and the reverse search engine FOS CombiCheck could help reduce inventory levels.
Roof+Timber International as the leading trade fair in roof construction industry
Jan Kaemper, company director of FOS: "We were very pleased over many interesting conversation with trade experts at the fair. We are looking forward to 2018 with full anticipation when we will be participating again at Roof+Timber International." The high number of new contacts has created great satisfaction for the company from Hemer.
Not only FOS but the fair too has enjoyed great success this year: 93.4% of 49,500 trade visitors rated the fair as "excellent to very good".
